Zhejiang Molu New Materials Co., Ltd.'s "Annual Production of 100000 Tons of High end Lubricating Materials Project" Chemical Land for Production Successfully Aucted

Introduction to the project site:

The project site is located in Shaoxing Binhai New Area, stretching from Wangjiang Road in the east, to Yuehai Baiao Land in the south, to Yuedong Avenue in the west, and to Kaiyuan West Road in the north, covering a total of 52 acres.

According to the requirement of "starting construction immediately upon land acquisition" in Binhai New Area, the project has completed basic preparation work such as planning, design, and environmental impact assessment in advance, and has implemented construction and supervision units. Construction is expected to start soon and is expected to be completed and put into operation in June 2025.

After years of efforts, at the beginning of the Lunar the Year of the Loong on February 19, 2024, our company successfully won the bidding for the 52 mu production and chemical land project. The process was difficult, and thousands of words converged into two words of "thank you" - thank the municipal government/district government/park government functional departments for their strong support, thank the company's shareholder partners for their help, and thank the project team for their hard work!

The successful bidding of the production base can be considered as a small step towards achieving our milestone goal on the development path of the modern road. However, this also signifies greater responsibility and pressure. We will use this as an opportunity to transform pressure into motivation, forge ahead, and face various challenges!

After the project is completed, Molo will become the main participant in high-end lubricating materials in China and continue to increase investment in technology research and development. Innovation and research and development of high-performance lubricating oil/grease technology for advanced intelligent manufacturing, automobiles and components, bearings, new energy (wind power, photothermal), industrial machinery, and other applications, to solve the bottleneck problem of core technology and achieve process substitution of imported special lubrication products.
